I get requests all the time from individuals in Mumbai who don’t necessarily want one of my more expensive packages — they just want to learn the ropes.

I’m offering this Mumbai photography workshop for groups of up to five. So if you have friends or family members who want to have a nice walk somewhere, everyone can chip in.

What I Can Help You With

  • Best camera settings for street photography

  • How to approach people for portraits

  • How to take candid pictures

  • Framing and composition tips

  • Show you around Mumbai

FAQ

What’s Included

Three hours of street photography at an agreed-upon location in Mumbai.

What’s Not Included

Transportation to and from the workshop.

How Do I Purchase?

Via the Paypal platform, including credit & debit cards. No cash or checks. Payment is made in advance to book.

Is This Workshop Private?

You may book this as a private workshop with me for the same price. If you want to bring others with you, the total is still $150 + GST (up to 5 total for the group).

Where in Mumbai Will the Workshop Be?

You may request any single locale in Mumbai.

What Kind of Photography Will We Be Doing?

Street photography with an emphasis on people. I don’t offer packages where my clients simply take pictures of graffiti, landmarks, or tourist stops. My focus will be on both candid and street portraiture. And you can get these kinds of wonderful shots anywhere in Mumbai.

What Kind of Camera and Gear Do I Need to Bring?

Preferably a DSLR or mirrorless camera with a full battery and freshly-formatted SD cards (and spares). Extra lenses and accessories are optional. But please leave your tripods at home. We’ll be shooting exclusively hand-held.

What’s the Best Lens to Bring?

Anything from the 24mm to 50mm focal length range is perfectly fine. These are full-frame equivalent focal lengths. If you have an APS-C or smaller sensor, you’ll have to apply a crop factor to determine what your focal length truly is. Contact me if you’re not sure.

What’s Your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

All of my photography workshops are non-changeable and non-refundable once paid for. Please make sure that your dates are firm. If I must cancel for any unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded in full immediately.
