Payment & Cancellation Terms for iPhone Fine Art Workshops
1. Registration & Payment
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $900 is required to secure your spot.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by September 3, 2025.
Early Bird Discount: To qualify for the $3,299 Early Bird rate, full payment must be completed by July 1, 2025.
Failure to Pay: If final payment is not received by the deadline, your spot may be forfeited without refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant Cancellations
Before September 3, 2025: Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. The $900 deposit remains non-refundable.
After September 3, 2025: No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Workshop Cancellations by Organizer
If the workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, government restrictions, or venue issues), all payments, including deposits, will be fully refunded.
We are not responsible for additional expenses, such as non-refundable flights, hotel bookings, or other travel-related costs.
3. Travel Insurance Requirement
It is strongly recommended that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, and equipment loss/damage.
This ensures financial protection in case of unforeseen events that prevent participation.

Do I need prior photography experience?
No prior experience with professional cameras is necessary. However, basic familiarity with your iPhone’s camera functions is recommended. This is not a beginner’s class on using an iPhone—it’s a deep dive into fine art photography.Do I need experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, or AI tools?
A basic understanding of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is helpful, but not required. We will cover all necessary editing workflows during the workshop. No prior experience with AI tools like MidJourney or Luminar Neo is required.What iPhone models are supported?
Any iPhone model with advanced camera features is ideal, such as the iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, or newer. Older iPhones will work, but certain advanced photography and AI-enhanced editing features may be limited. -

What gear do I need to bring?
iPhone – This workshop is specifically for iPhone users. No Android devices.
Laptop – Required for editing sessions.
Software – An active Adobe Photography Plan subscription (Lightroom & Photoshop) and Luminar Neo (no extensions required) must be installed before the workshop begins.
Portable power bank – Essential for long shooting days.
Tripod – A compact tripod with a smartphone mount is recommended for long exposures.
ND Filters – If you plan to experiment with extended shutter speeds, an ND filter for your iPhone can be useful.
SD Drive for iPhone (Optional) – If your iPhone has limited storage, an external SD drive is recommended. We’ll likely be shooting hundreds of images per day, so extra storage can be useful.
Comfortable clothing & shoes – Expect early mornings, warm weather, and some walking.
Notebook & pen – Optional, but helpful for taking notes during editing sessions.

Where is the workshop located?
The workshop takes place in Goa, India, with most of our photo sessions centered around Vagator and Ozran Beach—areas known for their dramatic landscapes, vibrant street scenes, and incredible light.
How do I get to the hotel?
Airport transfers are included in the workshop fee. Once you book your flights, you’ll receive detailed instructions on where to meet your driver upon arrival.
Do I need a visa to visit India?
This depends on your nationality. Many travelers can apply for an e-Visa online, but it’s your responsibility to check visa requirements and apply in advance.
Where will I be staying?
Participants will stay at a premium hotel near Vagator/Ozran Beach, handpicked for comfort and proximity to our shooting locations. Rooms are private and included in the workshop fee.
Can I bring a guest who isn’t participating?
This workshop is designed for active participants only. If you’re traveling with a non-participating guest, you’ll need to arrange separate accommodations.

November is one of the best times to visit Goa. Expect warm temperatures, low humidity, and minimal rainfall. Mornings and evenings are generally cooler (read as definitely not cold), while afternoons can get hot, especially in direct sunlight.
What should I wear?
Lightweight, breathable clothing for warm days
A light jacket or shawl for cooler mornings and evenings
Comfortable walking shoes—some locations may involve walking on uneven terrain
A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection
Waterproof bag or cover for your gear (not required but useful for coastal shoots)
Will we be shooting in extreme conditions?
No. The schedule is designed to take advantage of the best light while avoiding the harshest midday sun. However, we will be outdoors for extended periods, so dressing appropriately is important.

What is the learning environment like?
This is a hands-on, experience-based workshop where you’ll learn by doing. Each day includes a mix of guided shooting sessions, real-time feedback, and structured editing workshops. The small group size ensures one-on-one guidance and direct interaction throughout the experience.
Will there be individual instruction?
Yes, while the workshop is structured for group learning, the small class size allows for individual feedback and direct mentorship by Craig during shooting and editing sessions.

Will there be any follow-up after the workshop?
Yes. After the workshop, participants will be invited to a post-workshop online group session where we’ll review progress, share images, and discuss creative direction.
How can I stay connected with other participants?
You’ll be part of a private online group where you can continue discussions, share work, and get feedback from both me and other attendees.

A Terms & Conditions agreement and a Liability Waiver will be required to be signed by each participant at the time of deposit. These documents will be provided upon registration.
