About these sessions

These sessions exist for photographers who want to think more carefully about their work. There is no fixed curriculum, no slideshows, no pre-packaged lessons. You bring what you are working on, what you are stuck on, or what you want to understand better and that becomes the session. The conversation goes where it needs to go.

What we can cover

The Craft

Street photography technique, working in crowds, instinct versus intention, approaching strangers, reading light on the move and composition under pressure.

ICM and Fine Art

Intentional camera movement as a creative discipline, developing a personal visual language, building a coherent body of work and the relationship between the photograph and the fine art print.

Post-Processing

Working in Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and Luminar Neo. Masking as a foundational skill, tonal and color work, knowing when to push and when to stop, and how editing decisions shape meaning.

Generative AI in Photography

What it is, what it isn't, and how to think about it honestly as a photographer with a fine art practice. Where it fits and where it doesn't.

The Edit: Selecting and Sequencing

The difference between a good image and a strong body of work. Editing your own shooting ruthlessly, and how sequence and context change what an image communicates.

Philosophy and Practice

Developing your eye over time, working through creative blocks, finding your subject and what it means to have a genuine point of view.

Anything Else

What this isn't

I don't offer business coaching. Marketing, advertising, and social media strategy are outside the scope of what I do here. My focus is entirely on photography and fine art, with a particular emphasis on street photography and ICM.

How it works

Sessions are held via Zoom. I am based in Mumbai, India and operate on India Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). Please include your time zone when requesting a booking.

To book, send me a message through the contact form with your preferred dates and times. Once a session is confirmed, payment is required in advance via PayPal. Your booking is not secured until payment is received.
